Waste Reduction

The Green Music Festival is committed to waste reduction and diversion, to minimize the amount of waste that is sent to landfill. To that end we have taken the following initiatives:

There will be three different types of waste collection:
• Compostable materials
• Recyclable materials
• Waste

Eco-Stations will be positioned throughout the festival with staff on-hand to guide fans in proper disposal of their compostable and recyclable items.

Management of compost, recycling and waste material will be monitored, certified and reported by a 3rd party sustainability contractor.
